Sylvia Assimeng-Archer, (Company Secretary/Legal Advisor)
has immense experience in all facets of Law with particular specialization in Corporate / Business Law, Insurance, Banking and Litigation. She graduated from the University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Law Honors (LLB) and holds a Barrister at Law certificate from the Ghana School of Law. Sylvia previously worked as a private legal practitioner before joining uniBank in June 2004.
