Opoku-Gyamfi Boateng (Board Chairman), has BSc. in Business Administration from the University of Ghana and is currently an Executive Director at Databank Group with responsibilities for Corporate Finance. He has extensive knowledge and expertise of the Ghanaian and West African   corporate finance environment. He has worked on varied and diverse projects in corporate finance and advisory services. He is has expertise in financial restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, valuations, financial reengineering, project analyses and evaluation. He has carved an enviable reputation of excellence in valuations, built on a considerable volume of transactions in construction finance and mortgages, manufacturing, finance, communications and broadcasting industries. He has also worked with the Price Waterhouse Coopers in Accra Ghana.

Professor Edwin Ellis Badu is a professor of Information Science at the Department of Information Studies, University of Ghana where he teaches System Analysis and Design, Automation of Information Systems and Techniques in Research. He is also the Vice Dean of the Faculty of Social Studies and was the Head of Department of Information Studies from 2000-2002 in the same university. He has a PhD and a Masters in Information Science from University of Sheffield, England and Ibadan, Nigeria respectively and a BSc. (Computer Science) degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.  He is a member of the Institute of Information Scientists, UK. He has consulted for a number of public and private institutions.

Alexander Gaddiel Buabeng is a lawyer with thirty-nine (39) years of experience at the Bar.  He graduated from the University of Ghana, Legon and was called to the Bar in 1969.  He also has a Masters in Law (Maritime Law) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (University of London). He has worked with Ghana Commercial Bank and a number of government bodies including the West African Examination Council as the Head of its Legal Division. He has also lectured Commercial Law at the Ealing College of Higher Education now Thames Valley University in London. He worked for the Commonwealth Secretariat under the Commonwealth Fund for Technical Co-operation in Papua New Guinea and has consulted for the International Maritime Organization (IMO). He lectures Insurance Law at the Ghana School of Law on part time basis and is a member of Chartered Institute of Transport & Logistics.

Joseph B. Clottey is a seasoned banker with over 36 years experience in the banking industry.   He joined Bank of Ghana in 1969 after graduating from University of Ghana with a degree in BSc Administration (accounting option). He was instrumental in the formation of the Committee of Banking supervisors of West and Central Africa and served as Chairman of the group for one year. In 2003, he was elected Chairman of WAMI Committee of Banking Supervisors. He is currently a financial and management consultant. He serves as the Chairman of Board of Directors of Excellence Academy, member of the Board of Anglican Development Company and a past member of the Audit Committee of Barclays Bank of Ghana, a Director of Oak House Company Ltd, Chairman of Express Savings and Loans Company and Express Funds a money transfer company.

Kofi Kyereh-Darkwah has worked in the insurance industry for over nineteen (19) years. He is currently the Executive Director of Crown Insurance Brokers Ltd. He holds an EMBA and B.A. (Hons) Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana. He also has a Diploma in Insurance from the West African Insurance Institute (WAII). He has extensive understanding and practical expertise in Risk Management, Underwriting and Claims Management. He is currently one of the few reputable Aviation underwriters on the Ghanaian insurance market. He worked with SIC Insurance Company Limited for thirteen (13) years in the Research and Statistics and Accident Departments. He was a Deputy Head of the Research and Statistics Department and also headed the New Business, Large Schedule and Claims Sections at different times at the Accident Department.

Mr. Ammishaddai Adu Owusu-Amoah has an MBA degree from the Henley Management College, UK and a BA (Hons.) degree from KNUST, Kumasi, Ghana. He has varied experience in banking covering various areas such as strategic planning and credit operations. He is currently the Managing Director of uniBank.

John Kofi Mensah, has an MSc degree in Banking and Finance from FINAFRICA in Milan, Italy and a BA degree in Economics and Statistics from the University of Ghana, Legon. He has very extensive expertise in all areas of banking especially Treasury Management and Foreign Operations. Before joining uniBank, he worked at International Commercial Bank as the General Manager/Deputy CEO and supervised the organic growth of the bank. He has previously worked with the erstwhile Bank for Housing and Construction as well as Securities Discount Company Limited.
