It is our ATM service. It allows customer to withdraw cash from ATMs located at all uniBank Branches.

- Any Current or Savings account holder can apply for uniCard.
- Customer would be issued with Personal Identification Number to enable them access their account.
- Customers can withdraw as many times as possible per day. However, the maximum amount that can be withdrawn in a day is GH¢300.
- uniBank ATM is available 24 hours.

How do I use the uniCard?
To use your uniCard,
- Gently insert your uniCard in the card slot.
- Key in your 4-digit PIN.
- The ATM will display a range of services offered.
- Select ‘Cash’. The ATM will display various amounts of money you can withdraw.
- Press the bottom adjacent to the amount you require.
- The ATM will display ‘‘your transaction is being processed’’.This will take a few seconds.
- Remove your card from the card slot.
- Remove your cash

To obtain cash from uniBank ATM
- Gently insert your uniCard in the card slot.
- Key in your 4-digit PIN.
- The ATM will display a range of services offered.
- Select ‘Cash’. The ATM will display various amounts of money you can withdraw.
- Press the button adjacent to the amount you require.
- The ATM will display “your transaction is being processed”. This will take a few seconds.
- Remove your card from the card slot.
- Remove your cash.
- Wait a few seconds for your advice slip. It is so easy with uniCard.
What should l do if the required cash is not displayed?
If the required cash is not displayed on the fast screen,
- Press the button adjacent to OTHER after you have keyed in you PIN.
- The ATM will display a range of services offered.
- Press ‘’CASH WITHDRAWAL’’ and key in the amount you require.
- Press ENTER.
- The ATM will display; ‘’your transaction is being processed’’. This will take few seconds’
- Remove your card, money and advice slip.
What should l do if I want to buy re-charge units?
- Insert uniCard into card slot.
- Enter PIN.
- Choose other.
- Choose Mobile Top up.
- Choose mobile service MTN, Tigo, Kasapa or One Touch.
- Select the amounts of units to buy.
- Select yes to confirm purchase.
- Wait for your receipt containing your code.
- Follow the instruction on the receipt to top-up your credit.
Can I transfer funds from one account to another?
Yes. But both accounts should be on the uniCard. To transfer funds,
- Insert your card in the card slot.
- Enter PIN.
- ‘’Select OTHER’’.
- Select ‘’FUNDS TRANSFER’’ button.
- Select account to transfer from.
- Select to account.
- Type in the amount to be transferred.
- Press correct to confirm transfer.
- The ATM will produce a receipt showing the amount transferred.
- Remove your card.
How do I request for a Cheque Book?
To request for a cheques Book,
- Gently insert your uniCard into the card slot.
- Key in your 4-digit PIN.
- ATM display menu.
- Press the button adjacent to the ‘’CHEQUE BOOK REQUEST’’.
- Select the account.
- The ATM displays ‘’PLEASE WAIT’’.
- A receipt would be printed indicating that your request has been accepted.
Can I change my PIN number?
Yes. To change your PIN number,
- Gently insert your uniCard into the card slot.
- Key in your 4-digit PIN.
- The ATM will display a range of services offered.
- Press the button adjacent to PIN CHANGE.
- The ATN will display ‘’please enter 4-digit Personal Identification Number.
- Key in the number you have chosen. The ATM will display ‘’please re-enter the PIN to ensure you have entered the correct one’.’
- Enter your new PIN once more.
- This will be your new PIN.
If you want to retain the original PIN, simply press ENTER. The ATM will then display ‘’Do you wish to continue ‘’if so press YES to return to the other services screen; if not, press the button marked NO and the ATM will return your card. Your PIN
To request for a Mini Statement?
This option shows the last ten transactions on your account, the procedure is;
- Gently insert your card in the card slot
- Key in your-4-digit PIN
- ATM displays the main menu
- Press the button adjacent to ‘’MINISTATEMENT’’
- Press ‘’ACCOUNT’’
- Remove the mini-statement from the slot
- Remove your card
How can I request for bank statement?
To request for a statement,
- Gently insert your uniCard in the card slot
- Key-in your 4-digits PIN
- The ATM will display a range of services offered
- Press the button adjacent to OTHER. The other services screens appears
- Press the button adjacent to BANK STATEMENT
- The ATM will display ‘Your transaction is being processed’
- Remove your card and advice slip. The bank will make your statement ready for collection at your branch within three (3) working days
- If you change your mind press the ‘CANCEL’ button. This will cancel your transaction
Can I have my uniCard replaced?
Yes. If your uniCard is lost/stolen or if you think someone has discovered your Pin, you must inform the Bank immediately .To report a lost card, call 021-240100.
Important Reminders
- Respond to instructions fast
- Press the ‘’CLEAR’’ button if you make a mistake keying in your PIN or amount of money to be withdrawn
- Memorize your PIN number
- Never write down your PIN number
- Keep your PIN confidential
- To keep your PIN number confidential, the screen will only show asterisks (*) every time you key in a number
- Remember to always remove your card and advice slip
- Always keep your card safe and avoid scratching the magnet strip at the back
